Railway Transport College held a training titled “Digital Transformation in Vocational Education: Effective Use of AI for Learning and Administrative Purposes,” attended by the college’s administrative staff and vocational students.
For administrative staff, the aim of the training was to deepen their knowledge and practical skills in using artificial intelligence tools, so they can apply AI technologies effectively in their daily work, simplify administrative tasks, and improve work processes.
For vocational students, the aim was to develop the skills to use AI tools in the learning process correctly, critically, and responsibly.
During the training, participants explored the possibilities of using AI and the key issues that come with it, including:
- AI apps and tools for learning and work;
- Writing high-quality prompts;
- Verifying information and sources;
- Taking a critical approach to AI-generated answers;
- Academic integrity;
- Data privacy and the ethical aspects of using artificial intelligence.
Building on the knowledge gained during the training, vocational students will develop practical guides that will help other students use AI correctly, thoughtfully, and purposefully in their learning.
The initiative aims to develop digital competencies at the college and to use the potential of modern technologies to improve both administrative and educational processes.
